Job Title: B2B Telephone Canvasser
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: Pro rata £18,000 per annum plus target related bonus structure
Hours: Flexible approximately Tuesday to Thursday 10.00 a.m. until 2.30 p.m.
Start Date: Immediate
The Company:
AccountAssyst is a rapidly expanding professional online credit management solution designed to protect companies against the risk of supplying goods or services on credit. This unique automated and proven system increases the accounting efficiency of a business by ensuring that contractual positions are correctly formed, payments are received in a timely manner, with bad debts and write-offs consequently reduced.
The Role:
• The actual role involves working with potential client lists provided by strategic partners (usually Trade Associations, Chambers of Commerce or Accountancy Practices), assessing the same against the profile of clients that have previously purchased our services, identifying the ideal prospects and then contacting them to set up meetings for a "free credit management health check as a part of their membership" so that the benefits of the AccountAssyst proposition may be fully explained to a member.
• Handling incoming calls and enquiries from strategic partner members and established clients.
• Maintaining up to date and accurate records of customers and prospects on the company contact management database and following up as appropriate.
• Liaising with sales staff to manage their diaries, including some pre-appointment administration and post-sign up implementation/client training.
• Maintaining contact with Strategic Partners and managing relationships between their office and AccountAssyst.
• Evolving and implementing the client recruitment process in conjunction with the Managing Director.
• Maintaining post implementation relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and usage.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be:-
• Confident and have excellent telephone communication skills.
• Highly computer literate.
• Have good numeracy skills.
• Able to multi task, work to tight deadlines and achieve targets set.
• An adaptable team player that is able to work both as part of a team or under own initiative.
• Motivated and have good organisational skills.
Previous Experience:
The role would suit (though not essential) people with:-
• Experience in a corporate/legal/business to business/financial environment.
• Background in a sales office environment or similar.
